Hi there!
It's been awhile since I've been on Gaia…but I'd like to get back into the groove
I have just recently finished my Master's in Clinical Psychology. I have worked in therapeutic foster care for two years now, and it has been a beautiful experience. I am working on a thesis researching self-compassion, empathy, and forgiveness. I believe in directing my energy into positive directions that can help others, and me along the way!

Like so many others my age, I am a free spirit –not willing to clip my wings!  I'm looking (but not too hard) for my washed up surfer boy, but I have a lovely relationship with myself and those in my life–so I stay at peace and content.
I have been a vegetarian for a little over two years now, and it has completely changed my lifestyle–it works for me and I'll never go back.

I am open to what the universe brings me, I trust in it, and find joy in it.
